Marshmallow Shish Kebobs!

Chocolate covered marshmallow shish kebob Friday night is treat night in our house, and I am always trying to think up something new and easy. This marshmallow shish kebob can be put together in no time. It could easily be popped into a cellophane bag, secured with a ribbon and given as a party favour. Last year I sent a load of them to my children’s school for the Christmas fair! By the time I got there, they were all sold…so they must be good!Thread Marshmallows onto shish kebob Using bamboo kebob canes, thread on 4 to 5 marshmallows.
Melted dark chocolatePlace dark cooking chocolate (or any of your choice) into a heat proof bowl and place over a pot or simmering water. Stir until all the chocolate pieces have melted. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly. Sprinkles Have some different flavoured sprinkles ready.
Marshmallow Shish Kebobs Completely coat the marshmallows with the chocolate. Leave standing upright in a jar or tall glass and let the excess chocolate run off. Then coat the kebobs with the sprinkles.
